Cancellation and Refund of Order

Please be guided of our Order Cancellation and Refund terms below. You must do this within 7 days after your purchase.

    1. Email [email protected] to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #. Alternatively, you may also reach out to us on https://www.m.me/tekworxhosting.
    2. Include in your email request the reason for your return and refund and the original receipt, invoice, or Order ID.

Return and/or Refund Exceptions

  1. NO Refund – if the customer’s domain name has been registered and the web hosting account has been created already; AND the TekWorx Hosting product has been installed.
  2. 50% Refund – if the domain name has been registered and the web hosting account has been created already; but the TekWorx Hosting product has not been installed yet.
  3. 75% Refund – if the customer changes his/her mind not to continue with the online store. We take 25% as “inconvenience fee” to cover costs for admin, account activation, payment processing, and etc.

TekWorx Hosting reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice to its customers.
